School Overview

Welcome to Thomas McKean High School!

Thomas McKean High School is a public high school in the Red Clay Consolidated School District. We are set apart by our robust support for a diverse student body and our service to the greater community. McKean has 4 school counselors, 3 special education coordinators, and 3 school psychologists among a plethora of specialists serving our advanced, general, and special needs populations. We also house dedicated special programs and the Christiana Care wellness center to further support all our students in accessing rigorous academics, inclusive extra-curriculars, and work-based experience opportunities.
